This is a VFW 75th anniversary decanter; Decorated with “24 Karat Gold"; the number 62 is scratched on the bottom of it but is not part of the original print. We’ve seen this collector’s piece go for as high as $45.00

This piece is SIGNED IN BLUE on the bottom with the “IndianDesert” name, the Artists name and Japan.  It may be hand blown?  We have no information about this vase nor could I find any. Hopefully someone out there knows this artists name and will cherish this piece of find glass work.
